On the boulevard it is mid-rise apartments and condos over ground-floor retail, with structured garages, marked loading zones and a freight elevator you have to reserve. A block off it the streets go low and quiet: bungalows, duplexes and garden-style complexes with exterior stairs and no elevator at all.
We handle both by asking first. Before move day we confirm the elevator window, the loading zone and where a full-size truck can actually sit, and on request we send your building a certificate of insurance showing our $1M liability and $100K cargo coverage. Send the building's requirements over early so anything unusual is settled before the truck arrives. On the low-rise side it is exterior stairs and a longer walk instead, and neither one changes the number we quoted.
