Yes. The Certificate of Insurance is prepared before your move and emailed to both you and your building management, before anyone touches a desk.
Hourly by default, with a flat-rate option. You get a guaranteed number before you book, a $100 deposit applies toward the total, and there are no fuel, stair or mileage fees. We take business checks, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, debit and credit cards, and cash.
2–4 weeks ahead gets you a clean slot. Last-minute and same-day moves run 24/7, including holidays.
Basic DOT coverage of $0.60 per pound per item is included free. Full Value Protection is available, and third-party coverage can be arranged for high-value equipment.
