The neighborhood
Mueller was planned as a whole rather than grown one lot at a time, and it shows in the access. Homes sit close together on small lots, many of them load from a rear alley rather than the street, and a good share of the housing stock is townhomes and row houses stacked over three floors. The square footage is real, but it is spread vertically.
We check the approach before move day: which side the truck can stage on, whether the alley takes a full-size vehicle, and how the stairwell turns at each landing. On vertical homes the crew carries in relays, so the pace stays steady and nothing gets rushed on a turn. If the truck has to sit out on the street, that carry is part of the quote, not an add-on.
