Frisco went from a small town to a city of well over two hundred thousand in about twenty years, and the housing reflects it. Most of the houses we carry into here are new construction inside a master-planned community: fresh drywall, unscuffed baseboards, a stair rail nobody has gripped yet and a garage floor still the color it was poured.
That changes the order of work. Floor runners and jamb padding go down before anything comes off the truck, corners get wrapped, and the crew carries rather than drags, which is how damage claims stay under 0.8 percent. New communities also bring long driveways, active construction traffic and managed streets, so we confirm the approach and any move-in requirements ahead of the day rather than on it.
