This is a university town sitting on the interstate. In late summer the apartment blocks empty and refill inside the same two weeks, loading zones stay occupied all day, and the good time slots are gone months ahead. The rest of the year those same streets are quiet.
So we book San Marcos early and start early. In peak season crews are loading at first light, before the heat and before the curb fills up, and the job is planned to go in one pass instead of two. If your date is flexible, we will tell you which week is the easy one.
