The truck gets as close as the block allows, and everything after that is a loading area, an elevator and a hallway longer than most driveways. So we plan the vertical half first. The crew walks the route before anything moves — truck to elevator to door — and splits into one team loading and one team upstairs so neither is standing still. If your building needs a certificate of insurance, we send one on request. If it requires a reserved elevator window, tell us the slot you have booked and we schedule the crew around it.
