Bonita sits low and green in the Sweetwater Valley, and it kept a semi-rural character that most of the South Bay around it traded away. Lots are bigger, properties run back off the road, and some of them are horse property with outbuildings that hold as much as the house does. The lanes leading to them were not drawn with a moving truck in mind.
