When you pay a deposit for Flexdolly LLC moving & delivery services, you are agreeing to abide by our Product and Services Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms and conditions, which can be found on our website at any time. Your deposit payment date is subject to the terms and conditions in effect on that date. Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1-Cost of Service and Payment Terms:
-At Flexdolly LLC<, we require a $50 deposit to secure your moving date and requested services, based on a binding quote flat price. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation to guarantee availability and the original quoted price. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, we reserve the right to change the quoted price based on peak moving days, customer time window requests, and availability. Please note that availability is not guaranteed, and we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For moves that exceed $2,000, we require a 10% deposit of the total quoted moving fee to secure your move date and requested services.
-To pay your deposit, we offer a secure electronic payment link or phone payment option that accepts all major credit/debit cards, including MasterCard, AMEX, and Discovery.
-You can request a full deposit refund up to 2 business days before your scheduled move date by emailing us. We will refund your deposit within 5 business days. If you cancel within 2 business days before your move date or on the day of your move, your deposit will not be refunded.
-If you postpone your moving date with us, we will refund your deposit 30 days from the postponed move date if you do not move with us. We will refund the amount directly into the card used to make the original deposit. If you wish to move with Flexdolly LLC after 30 days of your postponed move date, you must rebook and pay a new deposit.
-At Flexdolly LLC, the remaining balance of your invoice is due upon arrival at your new location and prior to unloading, with the exception of Long Distance Inbound moves. We cannot begin the unloading process until the remaining balance of your invoice has been received.
-For Long Distance Inbound moves, the remaining balance of your invoice is due one business day prior to the start of your pick-up window. We cannot move you until the remaining balance of your invoice has been received.
-We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, bank checks, and all major credit, visa and debit cards as payment for the remaining balance of your invoice.
-If you have opted to pay cash or check on the day of your move, you must notify Flexdolly LLC in writing when you receive your invoice and/or during the booking process.
-You must provide the total outstanding balance in cash or check to our foreman upon arrival. We will not begin unloading the truck with your belongings until payment has been made.
-Failure to make any outstanding payment may result in a third-party debt collector being contacted, which could potentially impact your credit score.
-If you need to cancel your scheduled move with Flexdolly LLC, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours or 2 business days notice prior to your move date to receive a full refund of your deposit and avoid any additional penalties. If you want to reschedule your move or any requested service, you must notify us at least 2 business days before your scheduled move date. If you fail to inform us within this timeframe, penalties will apply. -Please note that during peak periods, such as bookings between the 25th to the 31st of any month, and the 1st to the 2nd of any month, a penalty of 100% of the total price will be charged if rescheduling or cancellation notice is not provided within 3 business days of the original moving date.
-If on the day of your move with Flexdolly LLC, you have more items than what was listed in your original inventory, you will receive an updated quote for moving the additional items. Flexdolly LLC will require you to review the updated quote and pay an additional moving fee for the extra items to be moved. While Flexdolly LLC tolerates up to a 5% discrepancy in the inventory list on the day of the move, if there are significant changes to your inventory list, the moving crew will inform you and contact a Flexdolly LLC Sales Representative for a quote adjustment.
-Payment for the additional items can be made over the phone, and all major credit, visa, and debit cards are accepted. If payment for the additional items is made using cash or a bank check, payment must be made prior to the move beginning.
If you were given a flat rate quote, Flexdolly LLC cannot move your additional items unless you agree to the updated quote upon arrival.
-Flexdolly LLC will be responsible for payment of any parking tickets.
If the drop-off destination is correctly provided at the time of booking, your guaranteed flat price quote includes fuel and mileage. However, if Flexdolly LLC has to travel an additional 10 miles to complete services that were not originally accounted for, an additional fuel and mileage fee will be applied.
-When booking hourly moving services with Flexdolly LLC, it is important for customers to specify the number of hours they require. Flexdolly LLC is not liable for any incorrect estimates of hourly time frames that exceed the customer’s request. Hourly services require a minimum of 2 hours for 2 movers and a minimum of 3 hours for 3 movers, and -Flexdolly LLC will not confirm services that do not meet these requirements.
Hourly labor moving services commence when the Flexdolly LLC crew arrives at the pick-up location and begins working. Any additional time needed to complete the hourly moving service will be billed to the customer in hourly or 15-minute increments at the agreed-upon hourly rate in their binding quote.
-The customer must make payment of additional hourly moving fees and any other additional moving fees incurred during the move that were not originally quoted for on the day of their move via the agreed payment method over the phone with a Flexdolly LLC sales representative. Payment must be made before the completion of the hourly moving service and the bill of lading is signed at the drop-off location.
-If the moving crew notifies the customer that additional time is needed to complete the moving services beyond the originally quoted time frame, the customer is responsible for the payment of those additional hours. The moving crew will try to complete the services in a timely and safe manner but will not be liable for any additional hours or fees incurred.
-Hourly moving services only apply for local moving services and are subject to Flexdolly LLC’s management discretion. They do not apply for long-distance moves.
-Promo codes, discounts, and coupons must be redeemed with a Flexdolly LLC Sales Representative before the finalization of your quote to be accepted. The discount will be reflected in your quote.
-Once you have received your quote, it’s not possible to apply promo codes, discounts, or coupons afterward. The only exception is if you have a comparable quote from a competitor, which you can email with supporting documentation to Flexdolly LLC. If the services are like-for-like and the quote is legitimate from an equal size organization, -Flexdolly LLC will try to match or beat the competitor’s quote. However, there is no guarantee that Flexdolly LLC will provide a discount, and it’s at their discretion to determine what’s a comparable quote and what discount to offer.
-If you’re a customer who has applied an active promo code discount during the booking process with Flexdolly LLC, you won’t be eligible for referral commissions. Referral commissions won’t be paid if the referee has applied a promo code or discount to their move.
-Costs of our services are subject to change if the date or time of reservation is changed by the customer.
-Flexdolly LLC requires 2 business days of notice for the rescheduling and cancellation of moving materials delivery and pickup (boxes, bins, packing materials). A failure to meet these requirements will attract a penalty of $50
The quoted cost of services includes blankets and tape for furniture protection, dollies for the duration of the move, fuel, mileage & tolls charges if any.
-Additional waiting time charges may be applicable if there are any delays caused by the customer or building’s management.
-Cost of service is subject to change if the customer adds additional items or services that were not originally quoted for in the original quote.
-For video estimates the quote provided by Flexdolly LLC for moving services is based on the items shown in the video quoting process and the inventory list agreed to by the customer when booking their move. If additional items or services are added that were not quoted for in the original moving quote the cost of service is subject to change.
-Flexdolly LLC’s Flat price quote includes the wrapping, packing and protection of basic furniture and large items such as TVs, dresser, sofa etc. It strictly does not include the packing of household goods such as books, kitchen items, items in draws, clothes, plates and or any miscellaneous household items that can fit into a box and were not listed on the quoted inventory list. The packing of such items are the responsibility of the customer, to make sure their items are packed properly prior to their move date, unless the customer has elected for Flexdolly LLC’s packing service which is not included in the flat price quote moving fee and will be charged as an additional service fee.
-If additional items are to be packed that were not included in the original quoted inventory list these items will be charged for with an additional packing and moving fee.
2-Customer Responsibility And Expectations
-Flexdolly LLC requires the customer or their legal representative (with a prior provided power of attorney) to be present during the move, and if they cannot be present, the customer must acknowledge in writing that Flexdolly LLC will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items or any claims made by the building management.
-Furniture items must be emptied prior to the move, except if the customer has opted for packing services provided by Flexdolly LLC.
-If packing services are chosen, the customer must pack perishable goods under food and safety requirements.
-Electronic components and items must be unplugged by the customer before the move. Fragile items, such as glass, porcelain, ceramics, etc., that the customer has packed themselves, will be moved carefully, but Flexdolly LLC will not be responsible for any resulting breakage or damage.
-LLC does not transport pets or live animals. However, we do move small to medium sized live plants, and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the size and weight of the plants during the booking process.
-Boxable items packed by the client must be packed in boxes durable enough to carry the weight of content, with each box weighing not more than 35lbs.
-Flexdolly LLC movers will move pianos, appliances, and items over 300lbs if it can be done safely. The customer must sign the Bill of Lading at both the pickup and delivery locations, and conditions of all TVs must also be signed for at both locations.
In the event of moving roommates, couples, or divorced couples who are separating their items for separate drop-off locations, Flexdolly LLC will not be liable for any damages or claims for missing items or items delivered to the wrong location.
It is the responsibility of the clients to divide items and inform Flexdolly LLC via their inventory list which items are theirs for delivery.
-If customers pack their own fragile items and decline additional materials, they will be asked to sign a waiver.
-Customers must follow the link provided by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on their rights and responsibilities
3-Insurance & Valuation Coverage
-At Flexdolly LLC, we comply with the Department of Transportation’s regulations by offering free basic coverage of $0.60 per pound per article to cover your belongings during the move. However, if you want additional protection, you can purchase the optional Declared Value Protection through our partner, movinginsurance.com. Please note that you must buy this extra coverage at least 48 hours before the move, as we cannot add it on the day of or after the move.
-It is your responsibility to purchase this additional insurance, especially if you have high-value items, as we are only responsible for paying $0.60 per pound per item if they are damaged or lost during the move. We reserve the right to request additional fees for packing supplies and materials if you have opted for 3rd party insurance to ensure your items are adequately protected.
-If you require wooden crates or specialized packing containers for your valuables, please inform us at least three business days before the move. We cannot be held responsible for any insurance claims or damages filed for items that were already broken or damaged before we picked them up. If this is the case, we will photograph and note the damaged items on the bill of lading at both the pick-up and drop-off locations. You must acknowledge and sign next to these items to confirm that they were already damaged before we moved them. By signing, you release us from any liability for these specific items during the move. If you refuse to sign the bill of lading, we cannot perform the move and will refund your payment.
-In the event that one item from a furniture set is lost or damaged, we will only pay or refund the contracted value of the damaged item, as calculated by the valuation equation defined by the Department of Transportation.
-Please note that it is illegal to file a claim for damages for the same item/s through both a moving company and a 3rd party insurance provider. This is called “double dipping,” and it is a felony. If you have purchased insurance for your items from a 3rd party provider before the move, and you file a claim for the same item/s for damages through both us and the 3rd party provider, we will disclose evidence of the double dipping to the 3rd party insurance provider. In this case, you must acknowledge to both parties that you have double filed so that your claim can be closed. To avoid committing a felony, you must cancel the claim with one of the parties before it is processed and any compensation is provided.
4-Building Insurance – COI (Certificate Of Insurance)
-At Flexdolly LLC, we understand that some building managements require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for moving services. If your building management requires a COI, we can provide one through our 3rd party insurance provider. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the COI requirements from building management and to provide us with this information prior to their move. If a COI is required at the pickup or drop-off location and the customer has not notified us in advance, we reserve the right to refuse the move or charge an additional fee.
-Please note that our standard moving service fee does not include floor and wall protection. If you or your building management require wall and floor protection, please let us know during the booking process or at least 48 hours prior to your move day so that we can prepare the necessary materials. Additional fees for materials and handling may apply for wall and floor protection. At Flexdolly LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality moving services while ensuring that our customers’ needs are met.
5-Claims & Refunds
-Our goal at Flexdolly LLC is to promptly resolve any claim you may have. To initiate a claim, please fill out our claims submission form, provide relevant documentation and images.
-You have 90 days from the date of move/delivery (or in the event of loss for the entire shipment, from the date your shipment should have been delivered) to file your claim. Failure to file a claim within 90 days from your moving date will result in Flexdolly LLC not being held liable for any damages or liabilities.
-All claims must be submitted in writing to Flexdolly LLC. Upon receipt of your claim, we will acknowledge it within 30 days. We have 120 days to provide you with a disposition, with the option of a 60-day extension if the claim cannot be processed within 120 days.
-By submitting a claim to Flexdolly LLC, you swear that all statements and exhibits are true and that no material fact is withheld that should be included in the claim report. Once the claim has been reported/submitted, claimant has 48 hours to report any additional issues, after which no additional items or issues can be added to the claim or raised as a new claim to Flexdolly LLC.
-If a claim is open or requested prior to the completion of delivery or services, Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to issue a refund or compensation only after the goods have been delivered and/or the service has been marked completed.
-If you need to make a claim, please contact us at admin@flexdolly.com. Once you submit your claim form, we will email you a copy for your records.
-Flexdolly LLC will not take responsibility for any items reported as damaged if we were not performing transportation and/or final delivery of the items. The customer should seek damages through the third party arranged/hired by the customer.
-Please note that a claim cannot usually be resolved immediately and may take some time before items can be inspected and repaired or replaced. We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout the process. Here’s what you can expect from the process:
1-We take your feedback and claims very seriously. Once we have received all the information regarding your claim, including any supporting pictures or evidence, our claims team will investigate your claim.
2-Your appointed contact in our claims department will be your key contact as we resolve your claim. They will email and call you as we make progress and find a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
3-We will present you with a fair and considered settlement offer. If you accept the offer, we will compensate you accordingly. If our offer is not accepted, we will work with an independent arbitrator where appropriate.
6-Safety Of Moving Crews & Customers
-At Flexdolly LLC, the safety of our moving crews and customers is of utmost importance. All of our moving personnel undergo comprehensive training which includes job safety, packing and unpacking, lifting, securing items, safe driving, and customer service training.
-We provide third-party work’s compensation insurance to cover our moving personnel, as mandated by state law.
-We strongly advise our customers not to attempt to carry items themselves for which they have hired our services. If a customer decides to lift an item and becomes injured, they do so at their own risk. Flexdolly LLC cannot be held liable for any claims or damages caused by customers during the move.
-We expect our customers to treat our moving personnel with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment towards our personnel may result in the suspension of the move at the discretion of Flexdolly LLC.
7-Contactless Moving Services
-At Flexdolly LLC, we understand that sometimes customers may not be able to be physically present during their move day. In such situations, customers can opt for our “contactless moving” service by informing us during the booking process. This service allows customers or their legal representatives to be absent from the pick-up or delivery address during the removal and/or delivery of shipment.
-By booking our contactless moving service, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined by Flexdolly LLC. Payment of the deposit and/or any moving fees also signifies agreement to be bound by our Product and Services Terms & Conditions.
-To ensure a smooth move day, customers must be available online to take phone and video calls with our moving personnel. This allows us to view the move day, answer any questions, and confirm completion of the move. Customers are also required to sign their bill of lading electronically to acknowledge the accurate loading and completion of their move with Flexdolly LLC.
-It is important to note that by accepting the shipment from our contactless moving service, customers will not hold Flexdolly LLC liable for any claims or damages for building and/or apartment damage such as dents, scratches, damage to walls, floors, and doors.
-We will not be held liable for any claims or damages for items that are already broken or damaged on arrival. Flexdolly LLC may take images of any items that are already broken and damaged and report them to our claims department before touching and moving the item. We will not cover existing damaged and broken items with the basic insurance policy required by the Department of Transportation amounting to 0.60 cents per pound of an item and will not provide any further compensation for these items.
-We will also not be held liable for any damages or claims to items and boxes self-packed or wrapped by the customer. This includes boxes packed by the customer incorrectly that are susceptible to damage. Flexdolly LLC will cover such claims with the basic insurance policy required by the Department of Transportation amounting to 0.60 cents per pound of an item and will not provide any further compensation for these items.
-It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of any items or rubbish that are not included in their moving inventory list. Any items left in the property that have not been included in the customer’s moving inventory list will not be moved by Flexdolly LLC. We will not be liable to pay for any disposal fees the customer incurs from their building management company for these items to be disposed of post the moving service has been completed. The customer is responsible for paying this disposal fee imposed by their building management company for items that were not moved.
-Customers must provide Flexdolly LLC with access to their pick-up and drop-off location via legal representative or building management. We are not responsible for the security of the pick-up or drop-off location during the contactless move and will not be held liable for any claims of theft, damage or lost keys to the location.
-We will do our best to close the location’s main door and hand back any keys to a designated representative to the customer at the location. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure keys have been handed over and doors have been locked. Flexdolly LLC will not drive to drop off keys to the customer’s legal representative or ensure safe and secure lock up of all access points of the location when leaving and entering the location during a contactless move.
-It is important to note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy that all items will be packed and moved during the election of contactless moving service by the customer. We can only move the items that have been included in the inventory list and can only assume what those items are when packing and performing a contactless move in the absence of the customer.
8-Long Distance Moving Services
-Flexdolly LLC offers reliable long distance moving services with options for consolidated shipping or exclusive straight delivery
-Depending on the distance of the move, Flexdolly LLC may utilize a third party insured long distance moving provider to transport and deliver the items to the designated drop off location.
-Customers will communicate exclusively with Flexdolly LLC, who will act as a liaison with the third party carrier throughout the entire long distance moving process.
-If any claim arises during a long distance move where a third party carrier is involved, customers must submit their claims to Flexdolly LLC, who will handle the claim in accordance with their claims process and procedures.
-For consolidated shipping, Flexdolly LLC will pick up items on the agreed upon date and time, then reload them into long-distance trailers at the dispatching center for shipping to the customer’s drop off location. Multiple customer items may be packed and organized in one trailer.
-While Flexdolly LLC cannot guarantee an exact delivery date during the booking process for consolidated shipping, customers will be provided with a delivery time window based on factors such as distance, month, date, and other logistical variables. The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed within the delivery window once determined, and the customer will be informed.
-Flexdolly LLC strives to deliver shipments within the delivery window noted in the reservation booking, and will provide a minimum of three updates on the expected delivery date. The first update will occur one business day after the move to confirm that the shipment has been processed and is ready for transport. The second update will occur once the items have been processed out of the facility and are marked as ‘in transit’, and the third update will occur once the exact date and time of delivery are confirmed.
-For exclusive straight delivery, Flexdolly LLC will pick up items on the agreed upon date and time and deliver them to the designated drop off location within the specified delivery window. The entire long-distance tractor-trailer is reserved exclusively for the customer’s move.
-Flexdolly LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by road closures, unexpected traffic jams, accidents or law enforcement stops that may impact the delivery date and time.
-In the event of a delay in collecting or delivering a long distance shipment beyond the agreed upon collection or delivery window due to mechanical failure, road conditions or poor logistics planning, Flexdolly LLC will refund $50 per day.
-Shuttle truck transfer may be required if a 53 foot truck is unable to fit at the delivery address, and will be included at no additional cost. Customers are required to inform Flexdolly LLC one day prior to pick up and drop off if a shuttle truck transfer is needed.
-If nobody is present at the delivery point within the guaranteed window of delivery, Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to place items in storage and re-deliver them at the first available date, with additional fees for re-delivery and storage space.
-At the time of pick up, customers should inform Flexdolly LLC of the first available delivery date to accept the shipment at the delivery address. Any changes to the first available delivery date after pick up may result in additional fees for re-delivery and storage.
-Valuation coverage for belongings during long distance moves is outlined in Flexdolly LLC’s terms and conditions for insurance coverage.
9-Packing & Unpacking
-Flexdolly LLC provides moving materials for use during your move, which will be retrieved at the end of the move. Any moving materials purchased from Flexdolly LLC prior to the move belong to the customer. Our selection of moving materials includes moving blankets, TV boxes, wardrobe boxes, picture boxes, and other essential moving supplies.
-For the safe transportation of fragile or breakable items, such as waterbed mattresses, glassware, lamps, lampshades, pictures, mirrors, marble, granite, stone, pottery, LCD or plasma TVs, and artwork, it is mandatory to pack them in the recommended container by the carrier. If items are packed or created in the recommended container, any damage claims will be honored. We highly recommend that customers follow our advice on proper packing methods for their valuable items.
-Full packing and unpacking services are available at an additional service fee. Please note that last-minute packing requests may not be possible to accommodate.
-If packing services are requested, Flexdolly LLC will provide the necessary packing paper, boxes, and supplies to complete the job. Bubble wrap is not included unless specifically requested by the customer at the time of booking. While we will pack items in accordance with their respective rooms and type, we will not organize the content of boxes unless specifically requested by the customer.
-It is the customer’s responsibility to organize their items before our team commences the packing service. We will not be responsible for additional packing of boxes if the number of boxes is not sufficient, unless the customer agrees to pay additional fees predetermined at the time of booking.
-If unpacking services are requested, Flexdolly LLC will unpack the boxes and dispose of the cardboard boxes and packing materials used during the packing process. However, we will not organize the content of boxes according to customer preferences or in a designer manner.
-When unpacking china and kitchen box content, we will ensure safe and efficient handling, but we will not organize the china and breakables in a matching grouping or in a designer manner.
10-Moving Supplies To Purchase
-Flexdolly LLC provides a range of moving supplies, including boxes, packing paper and tape, that are available for purchase in bundles designed to suit different home sizes and customer needs.
-At Flexdolly LLC, we do not sell individual moving supplies per unit, except for customers who have already purchased a moving bundle and require additional add-ons.
-Our moving supplies bundles can be purchased during the booking process or prior to the move day, with a minimum of 3 business days required for delivery.
-Flexdolly LLC will deliver the purchased moving supplies to the location specified by the customer.
-Please note that Flexdolly LLC does not offer refunds or returns on sold moving supplies, whether used or unused.
11-Electronics & Appliances
-At Flexdolly LLC, we want to ensure that our customers are fully aware of our policies when it comes to moving appliances and electronics. Please note that we will not be held liable for any internal components of an appliance and/or electronic device during the moving process. It’s important to be aware that tilting or turning these items in a position other than upright can cause loose components to come apart, and vibrations during transportation can also cause already loose components to come apart.
-For your convenience, we require that you turn on your TV prior to our team packing it into a TV box. Both our foreman and customer will acknowledge on the signed bill of lading whether the TV works or not at the pickup and drop-off location. If the TV does not work at the pickup location, Flexdolly LLC is not responsible for any damages or claims.
-In the event that the TV works at the pickup location but does not work at the drop-off location and no external damage is visible, Flexdolly LLC is not responsible for any damages or claims. However, if external damage is visible, we will process the damages and claim for the customer.
-Please note that if a customer packs their TV in their own box prior to our team’s arrival, Flexdolly LLC will not be responsible for damages to the TV.
-We do offer a free service to dismount wall hanging TVs if agreed upon during the booking process. However, every additional TV wall dismount is subject to a $50 fee per TV. If we are required to dismount a TV that was not outlined in the inventory list when booking the move, a dismount fee of $50 per TV will apply.
-Please note that Flexdolly LLC does not offer TV wall mounting services, or any wall mounting services.
-When moving appliances, we want to remind our customers that we will not be responsible for disconnecting the electricity or disassembly/assembly of any appliances that cannot fit through the door, unless previously agreed upon at the time of booking.
12-Special Handling
-Flexdolly LLC offers special handling services for heavy, valuable, fragile, and unique items or moving requests that require additional labor, skills, equipment, planning, and materials. These services come with a special handling fee, which varies based on the item’s complexity and size.
-Customers are responsible for clearly defining all their items and required moving services. Flexdolly LLC will inform the customer of any associated special handling fees or service charges for their requested services.
-Additional padding and protection handling is necessary for furniture made of delicate materials such as marble, stone, glass, crystal, mirrors, screens (such as Pelotons), or picture frames larger than 4ft x 4ft. These items may require additional protection using moving blankets, cardboard, or wooden crating, resulting in additional fees.
-Additional heavy item handling is required for any furniture or item weighing over 200 lbs, such as pianos, large tables, gym equipment (e.g., ellipticals, treadmills), armoires, large dressers, recliners, electronic appliances, sculptures, art installations, heavy stones, heavy metals, or full wood items.
-Flexdolly LLC does not offer assembly services for unboxed furniture of any kind but can move boxed items. It does not assemble furniture previously disassembled by another individual or company. It will move the disassembled pieces, but it is the customer’s responsibility to assemble the furniture.
-Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to refuse to disassemble or move items that require special instructions or training to move, such as gym equipment, built-in furniture installations, pool tables, refrigerators, or commercial equipment.
-Flexdolly LLC also reserves the right to refuse to move or leave behind an item or piece of furniture based on the crew foreman’s assessment of the situation. The safety of all parties involved and potential damages that could occur to the environment, the state of the piece, and the health and safety of movers, customers, and bystanders are the main factors in such a decision.
13-Furniture Assembly & Disassembly
-Flexdolly LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the assembly or disassembly of furniture. Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to charge additional handling fees for items requiring complex assembly and disassembly services due to their size and complexity.
-The customer is responsible for disclosing the size and complexity of their items accurately. If large and complex items are present on the day of the move and were not fully disclosed during booking, Flexdolly LLC may charge additional handling fees or refuse to move the item.
-The customer must provide furniture assembly manuals for any large or complex items. If an item requires specific handling and care, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer and arrange for their technicians to disassemble the item prior to Flexdolly LLC picking it up for the move.
-Flexdolly LLC offers various furniture handling services that may require special handling, which must be communicated prior to the move to ensure an additional fee and resources are available for a safe move.
-The customer must notify Flexdolly LLC during booking if they have large wall units, as additional resources may be required, and an additional handling fee will apply.
-Oversized items such as armoires, china cabinets, pool tables, pianos, exercise machines, and other items that cannot be moved in one piece due to their size or fragile material require an additional handling fee as they need to be disassembled and reassembled.
-Flexdolly LLC strictly does not assemble any item that was not disassembled by Flexdolly LLC at the pick-up location. Flexdolly LLC will not be held responsible for any damages or claims regarding the disassembly and packing of items by the customer.
-If an item requires special handling that was not disclosed during the booking process or with a minimum of 2 business days’ notice prior to the move day, Flexdolly LLC reserves the right not to disassemble the furniture item. Customers are advised to seek expert and professional furniture disassembly services for complex and special items that require special handling before their move day. Flexdolly LLC will move the disassembled item to the drop-off location, but will not assemble such items at the drop-off location. Flexdolly LLC will aim to move such items without disassembly, but if disassembly is required, the customer is responsible for sourcing the appropriate experts to disassemble and assemble the furniture for a safe move.
-Flexdolly LLC will not refund any charges for items that are not moved due to the customer’s inability to inform Flexdolly LLC of special handling requirements.
14-Furniture Disposal & Junk Removal
-Flexdolly LLC offers furniture disposal services upon client request for an additional fee at the time of booking.
-Flexdolly LLC will assess additional fees for the disposal of items to a disposal center to cover additional mileage, labor, and stops, as well as the charges required by the disposal center.
-Flexdolly LLC can dispose of a customer’s items on the curb if requested by the client at the time of booking, in accordance with the city’s curbside disposal pick-up days. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local regulations and laws. Flexdolly LLC will not dispose of any items curbside on the day of the move if the customer had not previously requested the service when booking their move, with no exceptions.
-Flexdolly LLC does not provide disposal services for miscellaneous items during the customer’s moving day and unpacking process unless they are packed by the client into a box marked “For Disposal.” Flexdolly LLC can dispose of moving boxes packed by the client and marked for disposal, as well as any other items that the client reported for disposal, prior to the moving day. Additional disposal fees will be applied for any further items to be disposed of.
-Flexdolly LLC offers junk removal services for items that are no longer needed by the client at an additional fee. The client must specify the items that require junk removal during the booking process or at least 48 hours before the moving day.
-Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to refuse to dispose of hazardous or illegal materials. The customer is responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from the disposal of such materials.
14-Referral Program
-Flexdolly LLC offers a referral program that rewards referrers with a commission fee on their referral’s completed move.
-To be eligible for the commission fee, the referred customer must complete their paid services with Flexdolly LLC. Referral fees are only paid on completed and paid in full moves by Flexdolly LLC.
-All referrals must be submitted through the Flexdolly LLC referral program web form.
-Referral fees are not paid for referrals made via email or verbal communication.
-If the referrer qualifies for a commission fee, the fee will be sent via certified bank check to their submitted mailing address within 15 days from the date the move is completed and earned.
-The commission fee cannot be applied as a credit for any future moves or services from Flexdolly LLC, nor can it be applied as a discount to future services of the referrer or any of their contacts.
-Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to change the commission fee or cancel the referral program at any time.
-The referred customer does not earn a commission or discount on their own if they are referred to Flexdolly LLC via this program. However, they can quote a promo code during their booking process to earn a discount on the move.
-If the referred customer has an open or pending claim with Flexdolly LLC, which could result in a loss of earned revenue and damages, Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to not pay the referrer their commission fee. In such cases, Flexdolly LLC may pay the referrer a flat commission fee of $50 regardless of the original percentage fee that could have been earned without a pending claim.
-All referrals must be made prior to the referral booking their move with Flexdolly LLC. Referral commissions will not be paid for referrals made after the booking date.
-Flexdolly LLC does not honor referral commission fee payments for referrals made for customers who have previously moved with Flexdolly LLC as a repeat customer.
-Referral commissions or fees will not be paid to a referrer who refers a customer to Flexdolly LLC, who has already been in contact with and received a quote from Flexdolly Moving & Delivery.
14- Broker Referral Program
-Flexdolly LLC Broker Referral Program is open to all participants who voluntarily choose to participate without any contractual obligation to Flexdolly LLC. By participating, participants acknowledge and release Flexdolly LLC from any damages or claims arising from their participation in the program.
-Flexdolly LLC is an independent entity and is not affiliated with any broker, real estate firm or individual who participates in this program. Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations.
-Flexdolly LLC offers a broker referral program that awards a commission fee to the referrer for any completed move referred to Flexdolly LLC.
-The referred customer must move and complete their paid services with Flexdolly LLC. Referral fees are only paid on completed and paid in full moves by Flexdolly LLC.
-All referrals must be submitted through Flexdolly LLC broker program referral web quote form page with the broker’s unique promo code. Alternatively, the referral can mention the broker’s unique promo code over the phone or via email while booking their move with Flexdolly LLC.
-If the broker qualifies for a commission fee, the referral fee will be sent to their submitted mailing address within 31 days from the date the move has been completed and earned. The method of payment for the referral fee is strictly via certified bank check, which will be sent to the broker via Flexdolly LLC.
-Flexdolly LLC offers a 10% referral commission for local moves on the total and paid invoice. For out-of-state moves outside California and Texas. Flexdolly LLC offers a 5% referral commission on the total and paid invoice.
-Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to change the commission fee at any time or cancel the commission referral program.
-The referred customer does not earn a commission or discount on their own if they are referred to Flexdolly LLC via this program. However, they can earn a discount on their move if they quote a promo code during the booking process.
-The broker referer who earns a commission fee cannot apply it as a credit for any future moves or services from Flexdolly LLC. Nor can it be applied as a discount to future services of their or any contacts of theirs.
-If the referred customer has an open or pending claim with Flexdolly LLC, which could result in a loss of earned revenue and damages, Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to not pay the referrer their commission fee. However, in such cases, Flexdolly LLC may pay the referer a flat commission fee of $50 dollars if their referral has an open and pending claim, irrespective of the original percentage fee that could have been earned without a pending claim.
-Flexdolly LLC does not honor any broker referrers web referral submissions forms, emails, or calls for a referral commission post the referrals move date, or post the referral booking move date. All referrals must be made before the referral books their move with Flexdolly LLC.
-If a Broker referrer makes a referral that elects Flexdolly LLC moving services, the referrer will earn their commission fee only for that service. Flexdolly LLC will not pay the referrer any referral commission fees on other services.
-Flexdolly LLC will not honor broker referral commission fee payments to broker referrers who refer customers who have previously moved with Flexdolly LLC as repeat customers. A referrer cannot refer or earn referral fees for a referral who has previously moved with Flexdolly LLC.
-Flexdolly LLC does not honor any broker referral commissions or pay any referral fees to a broker who refers a customer to Flexdolly LLC who has already been in contact with and received a quote from Flexdolly.
15-Military & Student Moving Discounts
-At Flexdolly LLC, we honor the service and sacrifice of our military personnel and their families. That’s why we offer exclusive discounts to active and retired members of the United States Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Coast Guard, as well as their spouses and dependents.
-To qualify for the discount, the customer booking the move must provide a valid and current US military ID in their legal name. We strictly accept the following US Military Identification Cards: US Military ID Card, US Military Dependent ID Card, US Veterans ID Card, Veterans Designation on Driver’s License. No other forms of military identification will be accepted.
-To redeem the military discount, customers must submit a scanned or photographed copy of their ID card to our representatives before booking their move.
Please note that Flexdolly LLC will not accept military ID or apply the discount after the booking process has been completed and the deposit has been paid. We reserve the right to withdraw this discount program at any time and will not be responsible for any claims or damages arising from it.
-In addition, Flexdolly LLC proudly offers student discounts to all current students who are looking to move. To be eligible for the discount, students must provide a valid and current student ID in their legal name.
-To redeem and be eligible for the Flexdolly LLC Student Discount, the customer must scan and send a photo of their valid student ID card to the appropriate representative prior to booking their move.
-We will not accept any student ID or applications for the discount post the customer move being booked and the deposit being paid. The discount cannot be applied after the booking process occurs.
-Flexdolly LLC reserves the right to at any time not offer student discounts and will not be held liable for any claims or damages.
16-Customer Privacy
At Flexdolly LLC, we highly value our customers’ privacy and we are dedicated to safeguarding it. We are fully committed to complying with all relevant data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Our privacy policy applies to all of our services, websites, and communication channels including emails, phone calls, and in-person services. We take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we collect is kept secure and is used only for legitimate purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

17-Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
-Flexdolly LLC does not guarantee that the use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable. We are not responsible for any delays due to traffic conditions or any restrictions imposed by buildings.
-You agree that we may remove or cancel our services at any time without prior notice to you. Your use of our services is at your sole risk, and we provide them on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Flexdolly LLC, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of our services or any products or services procured through our services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of our services or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our services or any content or product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
-To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
